Terms & Conditions

These terms govern engagements between A3 Design Co. and our clients. They are summarised here for reference. Specific engagements are covered by a signed Statement of Work that takes precedence where the two differ.

Engagements are quoted as a fixed-fee project, a sprint, or a retainer. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are set out in the SoW. Work begins on receipt of a deposit unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property in delivered work transfers to the client on full payment. We retain the right to display delivered work in our portfolio unless explicitly excluded in the SoW.

Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice. The client is liable for fees up to the point of termination.
